FitLog · a training log, not a feed

Train. Log. Progress.

A training log that works with no signal, a coach that knows what you lifted last week, and a streak that survives one bad day. No feed. No ads. No noise.

v1.0.0 for Android. Free to use, with a free account.

What it does

Four apps' worth of tracking, one clean screen.

Everything here exists because something else made it annoying. No feature is in the app to fill a grid on a marketing page.

Pro

AI Coach

Ask it anything and it answers with your numbers: what you lifted, what you ate, how long you fasted. Not generic advice with your name pasted on.

Pro

AI Routine Builder

Describe the session you want, like "45 minutes, push, no barbell", and start it already loaded with sets, reps and the reasoning behind the picks.

Pro

Food Scanner

Photograph the plate. Get calories and macros back with a confidence rating, an item by item breakdown, and a note field for whatever the photo missed.

Fasting Engine

Set a window, pick a purpose, run it dry or wet. Eating breaks it automatically when you scan a meal, so there is no bookkeeping and no lying to yourself.

Steps & Streaks

Your step goal is a number you type, not a slider that stops at someone else's idea of ambitious. The streak counts local days, so it never breaks at the wrong midnight.

Progress that means something

Personal records per lift, week over week volume, weight against your target with BMI, and a calendar of every day you showed up.

Offline first, sync second Every session, meal and fast is written to your phone the moment you log it. The server is a backup, not a dependency. Lose signal in a basement gym and nothing changes.
One bad day

Miss a day. Burn a card. Keep the streak.

Most apps punish one missed session by wiping a month of work, so you stop caring about the number and the number stops working. FitLog gives Pro accounts three restores a month.

  • Repairs a fresh break, yesterday or the day before.
  • Only where there is real training on the far side of the gap.
  • Restored days stay marked, so the record never lies to you.

Plate math

What goes on the bar.

Everything in FitLog is entered as the number on the bar, collar to collar. Drag the weight and watch it load, in competition colours, on a standard 20 kg bar.

Getting started

Three screens and you're logging.

  1. 01

    Install and set your goal

Height, weight, what you're training for and a daily step target. Two minutes, and every number is editable later.

  2. 02

    Log a session

Start blank, repeat your last workout in one tap, or let the AI build one. Pause mid session and pick it up tomorrow.

  3. 03

    Watch the week fill in

Seven blocks, one per day. Solid where you trained. That row is the whole point.

How Pro works

Card payments are not available yet, so Pro is paid by bank transfer from inside the app. Nothing renews on its own — each month is paid separately, so it stops the moment you stop paying.

Who builds this

Two people, one training log.

FitLog is not a company. It is a product built by two people who wanted a training log that did not treat them like an advertising audience.

Allwell Azubike

App, server and support

Builds the Android app and the API behind it, from the offline sync engine to the AI endpoints. Every support email you send lands with him.

Android first, and honestly so FitLog ships as a direct Android APK today. There is no Play Store listing and no iOS build yet. When either arrives it will be on this page, and not before.
Questions

The things people ask first.

Download the file from this page and open it. Android will ask once whether to allow installs from your browser, because the build is served outside the Play Store. Allow it, and the install runs normally. You can turn that permission straight back off afterwards.

Yes. You create one with an email address and verify it with a six digit code before the account exists. That is what lets your history come back on a new phone, and it means nobody can register an address that is not theirs. The account is free.

By bank transfer, for now. Card payments are not switched on yet, so the app shows you the account details, you send ₦5,470, and you attach a screenshot of the transfer. We check it by hand and switch Pro on — you get an email when we receive it and another when it is active. If we cannot match a transfer we email you the reason rather than leaving you waiting.

Nothing is stored, nothing is charged automatically and nothing renews on its own. Each month is a separate transfer, so Pro simply stops if you stop paying.

That is the plan, and neither is live today. Right now FitLog exists as one Android APK you download directly from this page. Nothing on this site will claim otherwise until a listing actually exists.

Yes. Every workout, meal and fast is written to your phone the moment you log it, and the app reads from your phone, not the network. The server is a backup for Pro accounts. The AI features are the one exception, since they have to reach a model to answer you.

You. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to advertise to you. When you use an AI feature the relevant part of your request goes to our AI provider to generate the answer, and meal photos are not kept after they are analysed. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

It is an estimate read from a photograph, and it tells you how confident it is. Treat the numbers as approximations, never as measurements, and never rely on them for a medically supervised diet. FitLog is not medical advice.

Yes, from inside the app: Settings, then Danger Zone, then Delete account and data. It asks for your password and it is permanent. You can also export everything we hold to your own inbox first, from Settings, then Your Data.

One Android APK, downloaded straight from here. Store listings come later.

Android will ask you to allow installs from your browser the first time. That is expected for a build served outside the Play Store, and you can switch the permission off again straight after.
